Welcome to Evelyn's Midtown Kitchen

Evelyn's Midtown Kitchen is a teaching platform designed help to help you cook like a professional chef, in your own home! 

Chef Evelyn has a Bachelor's of Arts (BA) in Political Science and History from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor; A Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Phoenix and an Associates in Culinary Arts from the prestigious Schoolcraft College of Culinary Arts in Livonia, MI. Under the tutelage of several Certified Master and Executive Chefs, Evelyn was formally trained in French Culinary Cuisine. Evelyn's culinary journey has taken her to several places across Michigan, as well as to one of the finest French restaurants on the east coast – Bar Boulud, New York, where she gained experience in a traditional French kitchen.
