Cancellation Policy: Due to the nature of our cooking class set up, EMK has a one week cancellation policy. Cancellations must be made no later than one week (7 days) prior to class to receive a full refund or full transfer credit. If you need to cancel with 7 days to 72 hours before class, you can receive a 50% transfer credit. We do not offer refunds, class credits, or transfers 72 hours prior to class. Our policy includes covid cancelations. If there is inclement weather and traveling safely to class is a concern, we can offer a 50% transfer credit.

Refunds: For security, refunds are not automatically processed when you cancel your registration online. Please email us confirming the last 4 digits of the card used to register and a refund will be processed.

Please Note: EMK reserves the right to cancel classes due to low enrollment, inclement weather and other unforeseen circumstances. You will be notified no later than 48 hrs before class if it is canceled. We will issue a refund in full or full transfer credit in this case. If there is inclement weather and traveling safely to class is a concern, we can offer a 50% transfer credit.
